Trust in Soda are an award-winning next-generation digital recruitment agency with an international reach and offices across London, Manchester, Dublin, LA and Zug. We work with world-renowned technology brands and place candidates with experience in Design, Product and Cloud to Software Engineering, Data and Development on a contract and permanent basis.


As part of Trinnovo Group, we like to work differently to the old school traditional recruitment methods and for us it’s all about quality over quantity. You won’t be expected to hit unrealistic KPI’s or spend 12 hours on the phone each day but instead we build long lasting relationships with our clients and candidates through our networking events and webinars and being genuinely passionate about what we do.

Having grown from 80 – 140 people in the last 12 months we now plan to grow to 450 people by the end of 2025 and we’re looking for motivated people to join our offices in London, Dublin and Manchester as trainees to support this growth.


What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis as a Recruitment Consultant?


  • You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment process working with both candidates and clients.
  • You’ll work with candidates to understand their skills and what they are looking for in a new role.
  • You’ll use targeted methods to find candidates including; advertising, networking, social media, events and headhunting.
  • You’ll use a range of methods to target what clients are hiring and to build strong relationships with them.
  • You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer advice based on your market knowledge.
  • You’ll manage the recruitment process for your candidate and client; preparing both them both for interviews, offering advice and negotiating job offers.
