Modulr are currently recruiting for an experience Office Coordinator for our Edinburgh office. As an Office Coordinator at Modulr you will work closely with the PA to CEO & Office Manager and Leadership Team members, supporting on ad-hoc projects to push our rapidly scaling business forward.  This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-growth environment with a fast-paced and collaborative culture and be instrumental in accelerating our growth.

The key tasks of your role will include:

  • Maintain Edinburgh office cleanliness and tidiness
  • Liaise with building management and outside vendors
  • Greet and assist guests
  • Coordinate in-office events
  • Order stationary and other supplies
  • Collect and distribute post
  • Administrative tasks for Executive Leadership Team as needed


About You: To join us as an Office Coordinator you’ll need:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Organizational skills
  • Proactive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
