This learning experience is designed to help teams work through one of their business challenges. It focuses on aligning with the organisation's strategy, identifying outcomes that will deliver most value to the customer or organisation. It also explores outputs that can be delivered quickly and ways to rapidly test new ideas.

What we'll cover

Through this flexible, three-month programme designed with leaders and their teams in mind, we'll guide you through a variety of exercises that align with your organisational priorities:

  • Participants work on a real business challenge, either for operational efficiency, new customer proposition, service or solution improvement, and new organisational change
  • The business challenge is run through an Avado framework used to design, carry out, and experiment  
  • Participants learn how to move from creating outputs to delivering outcomes designed to add value for customers 
  • A clear focus for the journey is identified, aligned to a strategic goal or direction
  • Participants practise using the framework in the workshop and apply the same framework in the workplace
