- Improved business processes
This learning experience is designed to help teams work through one of their business challenges. It focuses on aligning with the organisation's strategy, identifying outcomes that will deliver most value to the customer or organisation. It also explores outputs that can be delivered quickly and ways to rapidly test new ideas.
