Mark is the CEO of Avado. Mark is responsible for the overarching business strategy of Avado, ensuring that the organisation's current and future proposition meets the needs of its customers and learners. Prior to joining Avado in 2019, Mark spent 20 years in the media and Advertising industry, leading digital specialist and media agencies, such as i-Level, Mindshare and Dentsu Aegis Network.

Miatta is the Chief Executive at New Economics Foundation (NEF), and has a wealth of experience in developing and delivering policy to empower communities and change people’s lives. She has been at the forefront of generating new ideas on reshaping our economy inside government and out, and prior to joining NEF she was the director of policy and research at the Institute of Public Policy Research.

Nigel is the former Chief Learning Officer for British Airways and a globally recognised expert within the HR and Learning and Development profession. He has previously led L&D at organisations such as HBS, Vodafone and Easyjet. Having developed a growing international reputation as a conference speaker in his fields of expertise, his speaking topics span all aspects of HR, with a particular focus on leadership, management and executive development, and the creation of employee centric culture.
